Integrated Credit Card

With MACH Software’s Authorization Immediately feature, phone representatives are prompted to authorize the card at the end of the order entry session. Immediately the software contacts the credit card processor and requests approval of the card. If the credit card is not approved, the phone representative can request another credit card while the customer is still on the phone, thereby speeding up the completion of the order.

Can authorize web credit card orders in batches throughout the day.
Decline list from batch authorizations gives sales reps the info to contact customers and request a different credit card.
