Personalized Work Orders

MACH Software offers a Personalization Module as part of its multi-channel merchant software package. When a personalized item has been ordered, the operator or purchaser is asked to fill in the information necessary to personalize the item. The software then creates a work order for the personalized item detailing what must be done to complete the order and get it ready for shipment. The software tracks the progress of the work order and, when completed, prints the order invoice to ship the product.
